Notice your mood during initial visits. Buzzing with energy or depleted? Focused or scattered? That response matters more than the gym's amenities.

Go at the exact times you plan to train. A quiet lunch-hour look won't reveal the vibe at 7 PM.
If you endure delays or crowding during the trial, those annoyances will feel worse later once the novelty wears off.
